Looking for a female flatmate 🏡

💡 Bills: approximately £190 per person per month, including council tax

I will be leaving my lovely two-bedroom flat in November and am looking for someone to take over my tenancy and live with my close friend.

The flat is bright, comfortable and very homely. There is a large shared living/dining room, a separate fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is plenty of storage throughout, and the west-facing living room gets lots of natural light and looks out over college playing fields.

The location is really convenient (I walk everywhere!) and there is a pub just across the road and a convenience store opposite. There is also a parking space which is not currently being used. The flat is on the X3 bus route and is a 5-minute drive to High Street, around a 15-minute walk to Cowley Road and a 20–25-minute walk to Broad Street. The flat is also a 10 minute bus or 20 minute walk to John Radcliffe Hospital.

The available room is the master bedroom, with a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom. It comes fully furnished with a double built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers and various storage spaces. It really is a lovely room, which I will be very sad to leave!

Heyy everyone, I’m 24 and I’m currently working as a researcher at the JR Hospital and am about to start my DPhil in Women’s and Reproductive Health. I’m a social and outgoing person and love meeting new people. I’m always up for a night out but also love a cosy night in, going out for food or drinks, and a glass of wine on the sofa! I’m clean and tidy and would love the flat to feel like a home rather than just somewhere we both live.
