En-Suite Room in a Beautiful House in Marston

I am looking to find someone to replace me in the largest of four bedrooms in our house in Marston. This room comes fully furnished and has its own private en-suite bathroom. Almost all the furniture shown in the photos can stay, so it’s ready to move into as is. The move in date is flexible and can be as early as November 15th.

The common areas of the house include a massive living space, a large garden and a lovely conservatory, with plenty of natural light throughout, making it a great place to relax, socialize or study. There is also tons of storage around the house for suitcases etc.

The house is in a great location with easy access to the city center, university parks and Headington for those of you that might work out at the hospital, making it ideal for anyone studying or working nearby.

You’ll be sharing with three other housemates, all PhD students aged between 22 and 30. Everyone is friendly, and it’s a great setup for someone looking for a friendly atmosphere but everyone respects each other’s privacy and space.

In terms of logistics, rent is 975 pounds per month and bills are not included. All utilities including Wifi have already been set up. This is a joint tenancy, and you would essentially be taking my spot.
