Big Double Room and Cosy Single Room in QuietHouse

I have two lovely rooms in my house in Old Marston, very clean and quiet.

*the singe room will be available on the 23rd of September, while the double room will be available in July or August, the current lodger will let me know an exact date soon*

Old Marston is a very beautiful area, very safe and with lovely walks, close to the river, and yet is is only 10 minutes by bike from the city centre through the lovely university parks (9 minutes according to google maps and I have times it myself as accurate).

About the house:

The house is nice and clean. It is in a lovely very quiet area, which has the feel of a small village and yet is very close to the city centre. You can reach the city centre in 10 minutes by bike (9 minutes according to google maps) through the lovely University Parks, and on foot in about 35 minutes. There are two bus stops: one round the corner of my house for buses 14A and 17C which bring you to the city centre and rail station in about 10 minutes, and the other bus stop is about 10 minutes away from my house with more buses stopping there.

Of course you are welcome to use the kitchen and cook and to use all my kitchen utensils including cutlery, pots and pans, microwave, kettle, etc and also you will have a cupboard for your food and space in the fridge.

There is a garden where you can store your bike

It is ideal if you would like a quiet place to live in a lovely house

About the single room

It is small but cosy, with new wooden floors, and a high bed and desk.

It has a cupboard for storage in the wall, and it's lovely and quiet.

There is a futon which can become a very comfortable single bed for a guest.

The desk can be positioned under the bed like in the pictures or opposite the window if you prefer

About the double room upstairs

It is very big, and has lots of storage space.

There is a very high quality mattress (worth £1200), a desk and desk chair, and a big wardrobe.

There are double glazed big double windows and a double radiator.

There is a new solid wood bed frame.

Broad Band is included in the bills, with fast fibre direct internet with VorginMedia, with unlimited downloads

All bills (water, electricity, gas, heating , fast cable internet connection with virgin media ) are included

A contribution of £2.5 per week is added to the rent for toilet paper and cleaning products.
