Just looking for someone sociable, relaxed and reliable. I have lived in shared housing before (both as a lodger and the landlord) so I understand the importance of being the right "fit" and making a house a home.
There are 3 bedrooms, but I'm only renting out the 1 to give the new tenant and I enough space and to allow guests to stay (on either side).
As a landlord, I'm outdoorsy, with a love for anything water based. I'm originally from Cornwall and moved up for work.
