Large double room

I'm Rosanna and I'm looking for someone to share my new home 😊

I'm outdoorsy but I do shift work so please take that in to consideration when looking 🙂

Just looking for someone sociable, relaxed and reliable. I have lived in shared housing before (both as a lodger and the landlord) so I understand the importance of being the right "fit" and making a house a home.

There are 3 bedrooms, but I'm only renting out the 1 to give the new tenant and I enough space and to allow guests to stay (on either side).

I will be decorating and the property will be furnished. If you'd rather bring your own things for the bedroom then that's absolutely fine. Just let me know! 😄

Will be doing viewings in April and can have someone in from May/June.
