Hello, we're Sandy and Ollie, and we have two lovely furnished double rooms available in our spacious, well-maintained four-bedroom home in Milton, Oxfordshire.
Both rooms are available on a Monday to Friday basis and would suit professionals looking for a peaceful, comfortable and welcoming home from home during the working week.

The house sits in a quiet residential location, ideally placed for Harwell Campus, Milton Park, Didcot Power Station, Diamond Light Source, Rutherford Appleton Laboratory, the UK Atomic Energy Authority and Culham Science Centre, with Didcot Parkway station approximately 10 minutes away.

Room 1: Spacious Double with Private Ensuite, £995 pcm

Our home is a modern, spacious and well-cared-for four-bedroom detached Redrow Henley, offering considerably more space and privacy than a typical house share. It includes:

• A landscaped rear garden with a patio and outdoor seating
• Parking

The lodgers' living room is a comfortable place to unwind after work and has a 65-inch Samsung QLED television.

The home is shared with Sandy and Ollie, and offers a clean, relaxed and respectful environment. It suits a mature professional looking for a peaceful weekday base rather than a busy or crowded house share. There is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy their own space and privacy after work.
Applicants should be comfortable around dogs. The dog is a friendly, hypoallergenic dog who lives at the property.

For the comfort and security of everyone in the household, the successful applicants will be asked for two references, one from their current employer and one from a previous landlord or a personal character referee. Where a couple is sharing, we would ask for references from both.
