The  cosy double room has a double bed, cleverly lofted providing a large amount for storage space, they is additional storage in the loft and the sofa bed for all those personal belongings., with even more Storage Additional storage behind the cupboards under the bed.
There is also a full length wardrobe with fun length mirror.

The bed is accessed by steps, which convert into a stool to sit at the drop down desk, should you wish to work on a laptop.

The room has its own TV with fire stick so you can watch many channels

The bathroom is shared, just a meter from the room, it is nice and spacious with separate modern bath and shower cubicle and all cleaning materials provided to keep it sparkly.

If you like to cook, you have full use of well equipped kitchen, which is open plan with dining area and Lounge to relax, chill out. and feel at home.

Bed linen and towels all provided, however it will be your responsibility to wash them, and keeping your room clean. and tidy.

All the bills are included with super fast broadband.. of street parking is also available. The arrangement is for 7 days a week, working from home occasionally, rather than full time. .

Most weekends the tenant will have sole use of the flat.

There is no specific parking, but there is space off road. There is also a secure bike storage shed.
