You are warmly invited to share our peaceful, well‑kept home in a beautiful Cotswolds village, just a five‑minute walk from Chipping Norton town centre.

This is a quiet, friendly, clean and tidy household, ideal for someone who appreciates a calm environment and respectful shared living.

We share our home with two affectionate cats, Kissy and Tinha, who are gentle, well‑behaved, and part of the family.

We are live‑in landlords, but the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. You will have full access to the property, with your own private, recently redecorated room furnished with:

The room is comfortable for single occupancy and decorated in neutral tones. Shared spaces include the living room, kitchen/diner, conservatory, bathroom, clock room and garden.
There is also on‑street parking available as first come first served and free of charge.
