There are large understairs storage cupboards provided to accommodate tenant sports kit and empty luggage items. Lobbies at front and back of the house for shoe and coat/kit removal and storage.

The communal areas are well furnished with space to socialise inside and outside. The kitchen has plenty of cooking and storage, 2 hobs, 2 ovens, and this plus 2 laundries allows everyone to get stuff done when they need it done. A short walk to West Way shops and square and connections to buses for Eynsham and Witney. Very easy access to the A34 and ring road for those working in business parks nearby.

A short walk along Lime Road brings you to Harcourt Hill campus, public parks and public walking paths into open countryside.

The existing tenants are all professionals around Oxford with normal busy lives and they do socialise in the house.
