The unit would suit a postgraduate student, nurse or medic. The house is quiet and 5 minutes walk to Headington shops. There is a local shop on the corner open long hours. Buses to London, all airports and Oxford city centre go from within 200 yards of the front door. There is a large garden with pond which can be accessed through the shared kitchen. The unit is arranged for privacy and minimal contact if desired. For a single person there is a reduced rate of £650 per month.
The room is fully furnished with double bed, desk, chairs, etc. Good wifi. All bills included. The room is available from Monday 4th Nov. and normally occupied for up to a year with renewal possible after that.
