Rooms avaliable in central Oxford by the river

Hello!

I have two spacious double rooms available for the next academic year in a 3-storey, 3-bedroom house in central Oxford.

Available rooms:
1) Double room with a shared bathroom – £1,350 pcm (excluding bills), available immediately
2) Double room with an en-suite bathroom – £1,420 pcm (excluding bills), available from 12 August

Bills are expected to be approximately £100–£110 per person per month, covering broadband, water, gas, electricity, and a professional cleaner who visits every two weeks.

The property is located in a peaceful yet highly central area of Oxford, just a 5-minute walk from Westgate Shopping Centre and Christ Church/Pembroke College. Despite its central location, the neighbourhood is quiet and well maintained, with lovely views of the River Thames and regular visits from ducks and geese.

The house is fully furnished throughout. The bedrooms include comfortable double Nectar mattresses, a work desk, and plenty of storage, including wardrobes, ottoman bed frames, loft space, eaves storage, and understairs storage.

The shared living room features a 65-inch TV and a PlayStation, while the fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, rice cooker, Instant Pot, food processor, and coffee machine.

I'm looking for friendly, considerate, and sociable graduate students to share the house with me and my two affectionate Ragdoll cats, Momo and Bobo.

Non-students are also welcome to enquire, provided they are happy to cover the applicable Council Tax (Band E).

My priorities are:
1. Someone who genuinely loves cats and is happy to help look after Momo and Bobo when needed.
2. Someone who values a clean and tidy home and is happy to contribute to the cost of the fortnightly professional cleaner.
