Room avaliable in central Oxford by the river

Hello!

I have an en-suite double room available from 12th August for the next academic year (£1,420 per calendar month, excluding bills). Bills are expected to be around £100–£110 per calendar month per person, including broadband, water, gas, electricity, and a cleaner who visits every two weeks.

The house is a 3-storey, 3-bed property with three bathrooms (floor plan attached). It is located in a very central area of Oxford, just a 5-minute walk from Westgate Shopping Centre and Christ Church/Pembroke College. Despite its central location, it is a quiet and well-kept area with lovely views of the River Thames and frequent sightings of ducks and geese.

The available room occupies the entire top floor and benefits from a stunning riverside view, offering a high degree of privacy within shared accommodation.

The bedroom and shared areas are fully furnished, including double Nectar mattresses, a work desk, and extensive storage (wardrobe, loft space, eaves storage, ottoman bed frames, and understairs storage). The living room includes a 65-inch TV and PlayStation. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, induction hob, oven, rice cooker, Instant Pot, food processor, microwave, and coffee machine.

The house is home to my two affectionate Ragdoll cats, Momo and Bobo, and my housemate of two years, Emma, who is also a graduate student at the University of Oxford.

I am looking for friendly and sociable graduate students. Non-students will be considered if willing to pay council tax (Band E).

I prioritise:
1. A love of cats and willingness to help care for Momo and Bobo when needed
2. Keeping the house clean and contributing to a cleaner who visits every two weeks
