Situated in quiet cul de sac overlooking Oxford Golf Course. Close to bus routes (Hollow Way or Cowley Marsh). On street parking available. Cental heating on 24 hrs. I'm looking for a quiet professional person who is out at work during the day.

All bedding, towels supplied and one load of washing included. each week
There are 2 showers in the house and 2 other WCs.
Meals can be provided or light use of kitchen with owner's permission
Space for bike in garage if needed.
Council Tax Band D would be payable if tenant is not a student

I'm looking for a responsible, professional person who is tidy and who will respect my privacy.
