One bedroom in a cute house with friendly people

One first floor bedroom is currently available in our lovely 4-bed house. The ground floor consists of a decent-sized (and filled with good conversation!) living room and kitchen, a small utility room and toilet, and a bedroom. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and a shared bathroom (with bath/shower). We also have a cute garden for those summer BBQs. The utility room is fitted with a washing machine, tumble dryer and two fridge/freezers for use by everyone. The rent is £685 (per month), exclusive of bills, and we will require a deposit of £650. Bills are about £100 per month. There is no parking available with the house.

The location of the house on Jeune Street is outstanding. We are nestled between Cowley Road and St Clements and only a 15 minute walk from the centre of the city. The shops, bars and restaurants of Cowley Road are within a 5 minute walk and our street is bookended by two great pubs! We are also only a 2 minute walk from the Oxford Tube/Airport bus stops meaning travel into London, Heathrow/Gatwick could not be easier.

The household currently consists of three working professionals: a quantum physicist, a fusion scientist, and a college outreach officer. We have a classic range of interests including going to the cinema, drinking, travelling and cooking, as well as some more eclectic interests such as riding motorbikes or playing in a brass band.
