The house has 4 bedrooms, a private parking, a bike shed, a garden and public transport at the doorstep.

The detached house, with garden is spacious and the house has a lot of natural light.

There are parking spaces in front of the house and we have a bike shed.

The deposit is negotiable and we can be flexible when it comes to the renting period.

The house is close to Oxford city center - a 15 mins cycle ride, or a 30 mins walk - and there is excellent public transport at the doorstep.

The nearby Park and Ride provides connector busses to surrounding towns like Abingdon, Reading, Didcot, and also to the train station

I am a long term tenant, living in this home since 2012. I work for a church but also for the university in town.

Our tenancy agreement came to an end. My fellow housemate and I both work in the centre of Oxford, and chose to stay until the house will needs to be returned to the landlord, probably sometime by the end of this year. So is an opportunity for anyone who needs a short let.

We are looking for reliable candidates who would be happy to join us for our remaining time in this house.
