One lodger room in modern townhouse, East Oxford

Hi all,

We are a small family looking for another lovely female lodger to join our spacious home as of the 1st March.

We live in a modern townhouse in East Oxford. The two rooms which we rent out are on the second floor. The entire floor is all yours to share with our other lodger, who is very kind and lovely to be around. She is 28 and originally from China. It has a beautiful, clean bathroom exclusively for you both to use and an extra small office room at the rear (garden side of the house), also for you both to use.

We are one floor below on the first floor.
Downstairs we have a shared spacious kitchen and a garden.

Who we are:
We are a small family of four, with two little ones (a baby and a toddler - fairly well behaved), looking for considerate and clean people. This would be ideal for a professional or student. Ideally someone who has a workplace also outside of the home, so we can take care of our little ones.

We‘re 35 (Rosie) and 38 years old (Mohamed), speaking English, German, French & Arabic combined. We’re calm people and looking for someone calm to join us (who doesn’t mind our little toddler occasionally wanting to play with you!).

Location is green and peaceful. We live on a broad street called Glanville Road, just off the Cowley Road. Behind the house is a huge park, called Marsh Park, the Golf Course and opposite the Cowley Road is Florence Park.

Cost is £750 per room, all bills incl.
