Jan/Feb: Double room, modern townhouse East Oxford

We have a lovely room in our home available for another lady to join us next year - available from End of January.

Our dear lodger from Australia is returning home, so please feel free to contact us if this sounds like a good fit!

We are a small family, living in a modern townhouse in East Oxford. The two rooms which we rent out are on the top floor. The floor is made up of two bedrooms, a bathroom and an office. The entire floor is yours to share with another lovely & tidy lodger from Glasgow (who is a researcher with Indian background, who often travels back to Glasgow on the weekends, and has a gentle nature). The room which is available is facing the West, so benefits from a lovely evening sun.

We are one floor below on the first floor.
Downstairs we have a shared spacious kitchen and a small garden.

Who we are & what we are looking for:

We are a couple with two little ones - a baby and a toddler - (busy parents) looking for considerate and clean people. This would be ideal for a professional or student. We would like someone who has a workplace also outside of the home, so we can take care of our little ones.

We‘re 37 (Rosie) and 39 years old (Mohamed), speaking English, German, French & Arabic combined. We’re looking for someone calm to join us (who doesn’t mind our little toddler occasionally wanting to play with you!).

Location is green and peaceful. We live on a broad street called Glanville Road, just off the Cowley Road (15 minutes bus ride to town). Around the corner is Marsh Park, the East Oxford Tennis Club, the Golf Course and we’re just 5 minutes from Florence Park.

Cost is £800 per room, all bills incl.
