Newly renovated room in Oxford city centre

I am a professor living in London with my partner and only occasionally residing in Oxford. As the flat is empty most of the time, I would like to rent out one of the two rooms to a responsible and tidy person.

The flat is located right next to the Oxford Union (10 minutes from the station and 5 minutes from Jericho). It is fully furnished, including some designer pieces, and has a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine and dishwasher. There is also a home cinema and ample storage space. Bills are excluded.
