Description
Nice, single bedroom, with two shared bathrooms, a good, well-equipped 'friendly' kitchen, nice atmosphere in heart of Jericho near Little Clarendon St.
Washing and drying machines and water filter. Available for short term rental, minimum one month. Good WiFi. Bikes available to borrow.
My son lives in the house but separately, in the basement (he likes physics, technology, NATURE and bicycles) but I am rarely here. We have another room which is being rented to a charming young Italian physicist who has a contract at the University.
