The house is situated in a quiet green environment in Cutteslowe and has two double bedrooms. One tenant will have an en-suite and the other has a separate shower+toilet room for own use (just a door-frame away).

The house has just been renovated with new shower rooms, new mattresses, new laminate flooring downstairs, new induction hob, and a new boiler. We are looking for tenants who will take care of the property and keep the rooms clean, especially kitchen and shower room.

Both bedrooms have a double-bed with large drawers, a bedside table, a wardrobe, a study table, a lamp and a chair.

The kitchen has an electric induction hob, an oven, an air-fryer, a tall fridge-freezer, a washer-dryer, a microwave, a kettle and a toaster.

Living room will have a dinning table and chairs, a sofa and a coffee table.

More storage spaces can be found downstairs (the chest of drawers under the staircase, the tall display unit and the closet next to the dinning area). Tenants can also store their things in the loft and the garage.

A small shop (for milk, eggs and snacks etc), a Post-office, and a GP clinic are ~5min walk distance. The popular Cutteslowe Park is close-by for outdoor activities.

Convenient for transport: 
4min walk to bus stops on Banbury Road;
15~20min walk to Summertown shops or Parkway rail station;
15~20min cycling to university science area and city centre, and JR Hospital and WIMM building.
Bus services on Banbury Road are frequent to all directions.

The house is suitable for two professionals, not smoking. Postgraduate or mature students may be accepted if keeping the rooms clean.

The rent covers high speed broadband, TV licence, Council Tax, etc. Tenants need to pay utility bills (electricity, gas and water).

Car parking
For tenant's own car: there is 1 private parking space which can be used by a tenant for free on first-come first-serve basis. Alternatively there are on-road parking spaces nearby. The tenants will need to apply for a Resident's parking Permit from Oxford City Council which costs £84 per year.
For guests' cars: both tenants can get Visitors' Parking Permits from Oxford City Council on a yearly basis - first 25 permits free of charge and second 25 requiring a small charge.
The road is a no-through road and a permit is only needed for Mon-Fri between 10am and 5pm.

When viewing the flat, potential tenants are required to show their personal ID and references (renting and employment).
