The house is located on St Clements, near South Park. It’s a large townhouse with five bedrooms, a shared kitchen/diner/lounge, shower room, toilet and full bathroom.

The house has new double-glazed windows, providing excellent sound insulation, making the rooms quiet and comfortable.
We (the current tenants) have two double rooms available from 1 September, offered on a new rolling contract. Both rooms are rear-facing, with one on the first floor and one on the second.

We’re looking for two people to replace two housemates who are leaving at the end of the current contract.

Bills included: utilities, council tax, TV, internet and a fortnightly cleaner.

The current housemates are all professionals, ranging from their mid-20s to 40s. We’re a fairly sociable bunch, with the occasional shared meal or trip to the pub, and have a pretty diverse mix of interests and hobbies.

The rooms are a good size, the area is lovely, and it’s an easy 15-minute walk into central Oxford. There are also great transport links to London and the airports by bus. Parking is also easy, with plenty of convenient on-street parking permit allow to apply.
