Cosy sociable terraced house in Cowley

We are a friendly, long-established HMO of four perfectly located between Cowley Rd and St Clements St. With one of our flatmates moving out, we are looking for a new person to join our household.

The available room is on the 2nd floor, ensuite, fully furnished and with plenty of storage space. We have a lovely big communal kitchen and living room, where we usual hang out.

To introduce your potential future housemates - Matteo, Artemis and Toby - we are two working professional and a doctorate student, all in our 30s. We value impromptu hangouts over meals, friendly debates and pub trips.

Matteo is a book fiend, with a lowkey obsession for London, and for food. He spends more time he'd like to admit cooking overly-complicated recipes, and chasing unusual ingredients.

Toby is a PhD student who keeps the houseplants looking fresh and will take you to Lidl (or even occasionally Waitrose!) in Suzy, his imaginative named Suzuki swift.

Artemis, a big music fan, enjoys hanging out with friends over few pints, dancing salsa or reading with a cup of tea with nice greek honey.

The rent is £710 pcm plus bills (around £120 pcm including council tax, band D).
