There is a park just behind the house. Very spacious common kitchen and conservatory area. A bike locking area with a roof. There is also a parking space. Nice open garden. Clean, safe and friendly neighborhood.

The house mates are all working professionals with ages ranging from mid twenties to mid forties. Everyone is very friendly and the house has a warm atmosphere.
There are three en-suits in the house. So the available two rooms share a bathroom along with one other room.
Things available in the house: garden, wifi, TV license, common as well as personal cupboards, parking space.
Things available in the kitchen: TV, washing machine (drying also available), dishwasher, oven and grill, 2 fridge/2 freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, vacuum cleaner and lots of storage.
There is a bi-weekly cleaner coming to clean all common areas in the house. The landlord/agent is very cooperative and helpful.
