Large Double Room in East Oxford

Hi everyone!
We’re a group of mixed postgrads/professionals looking for a friendly person to join our lovely 5-bedroom house in East Oxford.

About the room:
The room is the full top floor of the house. It’s the largest room in the house, is super quiet, and comes furnished with a bed, a desk and chair by the window, wardrobe, and drawers.

The room is available from mid-January through to mid-August 2027 (the end date may be flexible- pm for questions). You’ll be on an official contract with the letting agency.

About us:
We are a group of 3 male postgrads (Greg, Tibo and Thom) and 1 female working professional (Natasha). We all get along really well, and while we always respect each other's space, we often hang out together, watch TV, do quizzes and chat!

Our departing roommate Bernardo is only moving out as he had a great opportunity to move in with his partner come up. We are sad he's leaving but we look forward to welcoming someone new :)

About the house:
The house itself has a cozy living room, a great kitchen, and a garden where we grow tomatoes and cucumbers.

Aston Street is an amazing spot in East Oxford close to the city centre with a really warm mix of postgrads and families. It's right next to Magdalen road where there are many cute cafes, a bakery and local shops.

Roommate/Tenant requirements:
- Friendly
- Clean and respectful. We really cherish our home and actively maintain a cleaning rota for the shared spaces - so you would need to be fine with doing your share of communal cleaning.
- We would prefer a female for gender balance, but we are open to others as well.
