A WARM WELCOME - from Nasreen. This beautiful semi-detached house is conveniently located in a quiet non-through road We try to provide comfortable accommodation and a responsive service. It is important to us that our tenants feel well looked after and enjoy their time living at the house.

There are frequent bus links from the Cowley Rd, you can walk to the main Cowley Road shops and restaurants in 10 minutes, and the city centre in 25. The house was our family home for many years so was fitted out with the best amenities that we could afford, including hardwood floors and granite worktops for a simple modern look:

The mature back garden is a lovely calm space. Plants are nurtured by our gardener.

A massive family bathroom with two sinks, bath tub and shower, shared by 2 residents. Spacious downstairs washroom has a toilet, power shower cubicle, large sink set and cabinet, shared by 2 residents

HOUSEMATES: We take a lot of care to create a harmonious household of like minded respectful young working professionals. The result is a warm comfortable home that would suit mature students or working professionals. The other five residents are:

Rui from Porrugal- is a postdoc pathology,
Wenyu from Taiwan - is a statistician,
Ben, from UK is doing a PhD in oncology,
Karen from California, is an astro-biologist

ADDITIONAL INFO - The house has a high EPC rating and maintenance issues are dealt with promptly. I use the government backed Deposit Protection Service to secure the deposit. I am an NRLA accredited landlord. the house has a 5 yr HMO licence issued by Oxford City Council

My stay at Kenilworth Avenue is one that I will treasure for many years to come. Having moved from my home town and this being my first time living away from home, I was somewhat apprehensive. However after my first night staying here I knew this would become my home very quickly and easily. Nasreen and Francis made the move very easy for me and managed to fill the other rooms with like minded people who clicked very well. Many of these people have become close friends. The amenities and level of service provided by Nasreen and Francis was exceptional. The kitchen was very well equipped and a good space for interaction with other housemates and friends. If there was ever a need for something to be fixed, Francis would appear almost immediately to resolve the issue, which I greatly appreciate as a tenant. Equally Nasreen was always available on the phone should we need to speak with her. I will very much miss living at this house, a place I called home. I have shared many memories with some wonderful housemates here. I cannot thank Nasreen and Francis enough for creating such a wonderful home and atmosphere.
