You will be sharing with 3 females first year doctor, 1 males, phd researchers, doctors etc. They like to keep a clean, friendly quiet house.

The room is on the ground floor, it is well insulated making it cool in the summer, cozy and warm in the winter and also quiet. A whole wall has a custom built wardrobe, with lots of hanging space and shelving, there is also a small new fridge. The room is quite simple and has a tranquil feeling. There is plenty of floor space, perfect for some yoga practice and you can check out your form in the floor to ceiling sliding wardrobe mirror. The big office desk is a great platform to organise your work or studies.

A maximum of five young professionals/post grad students share the house, which has all modern facilities including three bath/shower rooms with W. C's. and washbasins, one of which is en-suite. Large kitchen dinner looking out on to a sunny garden.

Horwood Close is a quiet safe cul-de-sac one minutes walk from the high street where you will find 5 supermarkets, cafes, takeaways, restaurants, pubs and we even have a farmers market and festivals in the park.
At the front of the house there are established trees and flowering bushes and off road parking for 2 cars.

A bus stop just outside the Close takes you to the centre of Oxford in 10-15 minutes. It is just under 2 miles to the centre and walkable in 25-30 minutes. 5-10 minutes by bike. The Oxford Tube (a coach) leaves from the high street to London and Heathrow Airport.

The house complies with all recent safety regulations for Houses in Multiple Occupation, and the security has been passed by Thames Valley Police, although to the knowledge of the landlord there have never been any incidents of crime in Horwood Close in the past twenty years.

This kind of property appeals to tenants that are looking for a long term rental. The fixed term was 6 months but people tend to stay a minimum of 1 year and any thing up to 10 or 12 years.
