Two rooms in terraced house. Easy walk to center.

Two rooms in late Victorian terraced property on lovely street in New Hinksey area. New Hinksey park (with wonderful outdoor Hinksey pool) and access to the River Thames are a stones throw away.

There are nice walks (which you can also cycle) down the Thames path towards town or southwards towards Iffley Village; in the Grandpont nature reserve which is about a 10 mintue walk away; and over the devils backbone bridge and into South Hinksey Village. The local community centre has a farmers market which runs on every Sunday morning at the South Oxford Community centre.

The house is a 15 minute walk or 4 minute bus ride from town centre (Carfax) and the train station is a further 15 minute walk from Carfax. There are good direct bus services from the house directly to Wantage, Walingford, Reading, Abingdon, Didcot and the Harwell Campus.

There is use of spacious shared kitchen, clothes washing machine and dryer, shared bathroom with shower, WiFi and the garden. There are two toilets in the house.

Everybody in the house is fairly low key, but friendly

The room (s) is available now, but II will be travelling on Friday 13th February for two week and will not have access to internet or phone while I am away.. You are welcome to come for a viewing on the morning of 13th February, or from 28th February onwards.. The beds are kingsize, but the room is for single occupancy only..
