Two lovely double rooms are becoming available in our spacious four-bedroom house in **Stadhampton**, directly opposite the Crazy Bear.

Our long-term tenants are moving on, so we’re looking for friendly, working professionals to join the house.

All bills are included in the monthly rent – **electricity, water and internet** – and the deposit is just **half a month’s rent**.

🏠 **The House**

The property was completely refurbished in 2021 and has a modern, fresh feel throughout.

There’s a **large, spacious kitchen** with plenty of storage, an American-style fridge/freezer with ice dispenser, dishwasher and kitchen island.

At the back of the house is a **huge patio area**, perfect for sitting outside in the warmer months. There’s also a separate utility room with a large washing machine and tumble dryer.

The three bedrooms share two bathrooms – one downstairs with a shower and one upstairs with a bath/shower.

Each available room comes with a **bed, mattress and some bedding to get you started**. Any additional bedroom furniture can be brought in to make the space your own.

📍 **Location**

Although Stadhampton has a lovely village feel, there’s plenty going on nearby. The **Crazy Bear is directly opposite**, with the Farm Shop just a stone’s throw away, so the area has a surprisingly lively atmosphere with plenty of people coming and going.

There’s also an **M&S Food garage just a 3-minute walk away**, which is really handy for groceries and essentials.

There are **three parking spaces available**, and the house is best suited to someone who drives due to limited public transport. There is, however, an hourly bus service into Oxford.

👋 **Who We’re Looking For**

Ideally, we’re looking for other **young working professionals** who would enjoy living in a friendly, relaxed house share with other professionals.

We’re flexible with viewings, although **evenings are preferred**.

Tenants will be required to complete a credit check and provide references.
