The house has 4 bedrooms. You will be sharing a bathroom with only one tenant. The room is on the ground floor but faces the back garden rather than the street, so it is not overlooked by passersby .
The house has a large kitchen with a dryer and a dishwasher and a small living room with a TV.
The other tenants are young professionals. Students who are willing to pay the council tax are welcome.
The rent is £755 a calendar month and bills including utilities, council tax and cleaner are currently £185/mo although can change. A deposit of one month's rent is required before moving in.
