Bright Double Room in a Friendly Summertown House

A bright, spacious double room will soon be available in a friendly house share in Summertown as I will be leaving to start a job in London. The house is just a five-minute walk from the local shops, cafes, restaurants, and sports centre of Summertown with the river Cherwell nearby and several parks including Sunnymead recreation area, Cutteslowe Park and Alexandra Park all within 5-10 minutes.
The house has four bedrooms and two bathrooms so you would share a bathroom with only one other tenant. The room is on the ground floor but is at the back of the house. But since the back garden is below street level, the room is raised above the ground and looks out onto the back garden rather than the street, giving it a quieter, more private feel.
There is a large, well-equipped kitchen with a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher, as well as a cosy small living room with a TV. There is space for a small car to park on the drive.
The current tenants are young professionals, and the house would suit someone friendly, considerate and easy-going. Postgraduate students are also welcome, provided they are happy to pay council tax.

Rent is £755 per calendar month. Bills, including utilities, Wi-Fi, council tax and a cleaner, are currently £185 per month, although this can vary. A deposit equivalent to one month’s rent is required before moving in.
