Property located on the Banbury road. Easy access to train station (10 min walk) for London and city centre (~15 min cycle; direct bus). Broadband included together with utility bills but not council tax. (Present Council Tax for non-student £90.60 per person per month Council tax Band B.

From flatmate: "Would be great to get along with a new flatmate. I am a Doctor of material science so spend a lot of the day in the lab. I like a beer or two and have plans to get some summer bbqs going soon. I'm a big traveller. Outside of that I dabble in a bit of tennis, climbing and motorbiking as well."
