We are a small family of two living in a 4-bedroom house in Sutton Courtenay. We have a comfortable double bedroom available to rent, which comes with its own separate bathroom.

Location & transport links
The house is within walking distance of Milton Park and a local bus stop, offering excellent connections to Abingdon, Didcot, and Oxford. Driveway parking is also available.

The Space and Amenities
Renters will have access to a washing machine, freezer, and dedicated cupboard space.
Flexibility
The rental would ideally suit a professional looking for a peaceful home.
We are happy to accommodate both Monday–Friday and full-week (Monday–Sunday) lets, and both short and long-term stays are welcome.
