We have a lovely, bright double bedroom available for rent in our newly built 3-bedroom detached home. Since it’s a new build, you can be assured the house stays super warm, cozy, and quiet even during the coldest winter days!

What’s included:
Fully furnished room: Comes with a comfortable double bed, a chest of drawers, and a wardrobe. Plenty of storage in the rest of the house.

Shared spaces: You’ll share a large, clean bathroom with just one other lodger. You are also most welcome to use the open-plan living room, kitchen, and our lovely garden and patio.

All-inclusive: No hassle with extra expenses—all utility bills are fully included.

A bit about us & the house rules:
My partner and I are working professionals. We really value our privacy and love keeping the house neat, clean, and tidy. To keep things manageable for everyone, the room is for single occupancy only, and we kindly request no overnight visitors.

Location & Commuting:
The house is in a fantastic, well-connected spot! We are very close to Milton Park, Williams F1, Harwell, and Grove Tech Park. It’s also an easy daily commute to Oxford and Didcot Parkway, with excellent public transport links nearby.
