Double room/King bed for weekday rent

(Previous tenant has had to move out due to work so we have this room available again)

I have a double room in Witney from end of September onwards. Close to dual carriage way access and Brize Norton. This is for weekdays only (no weekends) - let my previous lodger stay longer with no extra payment whenever I was on holiday so happy to do things like this as we go.

I have an ensuite so the room will come with pretty much sole use of the second floor bathroom + use of the living room and kitchen. Bills are included along with fast internet. Off street parking on the drive way and close to the dual carriage way for easy access.

King size emma matress, rail, drawers + use of all kitchen equipment (rice cooker, coffee machine, blender, microwave, slow cooker) - happy for you to use my things instead of you having to lug things around and store them.

I am a 32 yr old male, live with my girlfriend, I work from home most days + she works from home 3 days a week, we are out most evenings, keep a clean house + do not really want a lot of mess however not a clean freak, non smoking + we have a friendly little teddy bear looking dog.

Ideally looking for someone who is not working from home as there is not much space for working with the two of us online although happy for anyone to use my office in the evenings if they need to get things done while I am out.
