Double room in Witney with newly fitted inbuilt wardrobe/drawers available to rent Mon-Fri for a professional individual.

The current picture shows sofa-bed but I’m in the process of upgrading the room and a double bed will be provided in place.

I’m a professional myself and have a busy schedule during the week so you will have shared use and space of main living area and kitchen.

All bills included, superfast broadband, cable TV and dedicated parking space in front of the house.

I’m a clean and quiet individual, I like to tidy as I go and clean up after myself straight away so my expectation is for a lodger to be similarly inclined. I love sport and comedy and am easy to get along with.
