Fully furnished double room available immediately in a modern, well-maintained 2-bed house in a quiet and peaceful area.

The room includes a double bed, two built-in wardrobes, a large chest of drawers, a large mirror and a TV with access to live TV, films and series.

I’m a 35-year-old Polish woman and currently live here alone, so there would only be two of us sharing the house. I’m looking for a female tenant who is respectful, considerate and enjoys a calm and peaceful home. Keeping the house clean and tidy is very important to me, and I’m looking for someone who feels the same way.

There is a bus stop right by the estate, around a 2-minute walk from the house. Plenty of on-street parking is also available nearby.
