This Homeshare is in Blairgowrie, Perth and it comes as part of a Two Generations Homeshare, in which you will commit to approx. 10 hours per week of practical help and companionship (no personal care) in exchange for lower costs of living.

The current homeowner is a lovely lady in her 90's. She is an incredibly friendly and sociable lady who enjoys music, visiting museums and singing. She has a small dog who she adores!

She is looking for companionship and the reassurance of an overnight presence in her home. She would like someone who can prepare and share an evening meal 4 or 5 times per week, can help with a few household chores and help take her dog on a few short walks.

The ideal sharer will be A MATURE FEMALE, someone who enjoys cooking, chatting and has a good sense of humour. The sharer can be studying, working full or part time, but should have some time available during their evenings to offer some household support and companionship.
THE SHARER MUST BE DOUBLE VACCINATED AND DUE TO LOCATION MUST BE A DRIVER.

The property is a beautiful large house, 8 miles from Blairgowrie and a 40 min drive to either Perth or Dundee.
The sharer has several private spaces including a large double room with lots of storage space, an ensuite bathroom and a private lounge area. The sharer is welcome to use of the rest of the home including the conservatory, kitchen and a well kept garden.
