I have the entire ground floor. It was part art gallery but my work is online now. So now fully residential. The room on offer is annexed off. Very private. Very quiet. This is a peaceful place.

The building is very modern and warm. Toilet compartments are fully tiled and modern suites.

You get a large room, with own toilet compartment adjacent.

The negatives are, I have still to install a temporary shower unit. There is no washing machine, but a laundrette around the corner.

There is a private parking space and a patio, not garden. Beside the train station and cafes.

I think its important to think out the box. Alternative is good. I would even consider off grid in the future.
