Welsh Cottage with parking and nice garden

All bills included: Double bedroom with fitted triple wardrobe, you would pretty much have sole use of main bathroom as 12 year old daughter uses occasionally on odd wkds. 2x Cottage style lounges with smart TV’s (Netflix, Disney and Apple TV provided) I don’t have use to main stream TV, kitchen has two hobs a microwave & air fryer (no oven).
Due to current commitments in Birmingham for the next 12-18 months I spend lots of time away so I do brief visits to cottage 2-3 days at a time with my daughter, you would have lots of sole use of cottage to yourself the times I am away, if you ever needed to use another double bedroom for family members or friends to visit we could discuss a price per night at a reasonable rate. Parking is good for 2 cars but not a large van. Garden is very pretty especially in summer months lots of spaces to relax in.
Locally you are ten minutes walk to the village pub. It’s a quiet area with friendly neighbours and locals in the village.
Local areas: 15/20 mins drive to Llandrindod Wells and about the same to Rhayader, Newtown 35/40 mins, Hereford 50/60 mins and Aberystwyth approximately 1hr 10mins.
