- House share £600 pcm
- Brecon

Description
Double room in large house with 2 bathrooms plus downstairs cloakroom, good parking and large garden. I'm only looking for one housemate so tennant will have sole use of own bathroom most of time and plenty of space.
Close to Derring Lines in Brecon so still walking distance to the centre and 1 min drive to A470 and A40.
Kitchen is large and fully equipped.
I would consider a pet but obviously would need to meet them first.
I work in a professional environmental job in Brecon and also have home office I use occasionally.
