Lovely light double room with ensuite on 1st floor of family home..
You would be sharing with myself and my 2 children (7 and 13) plus another lodger who studies locally and stays 3/4 nights each week.
We have a very friendly dog and 2 cats so you must be OK with animals and accepting of children and the noise they can sometimes generate.
The house is on a woodland smallholding and is a spacious converted barn so there is plenty of room for everyone. It is in a very rural village and you would have access to several acres of woodland plus vegetable garden and polytunnel (no pressure though if gardens aren't of interest).
Full use of kitchen and upstairs living space, parking, Starlink WiFi.
Due to location you would need your own vehicle. 20 mins Brecon and Talgarth, 30 mins Hay and Builth.
