Main view from 3 opening windows is wild pasture (kept strimmed) and tall wild flowers in Summer, with many trees 30 metres away and with the sky catching the sun from 11 a. m. until around 4 p. m.

One of the opening windows looks up to the huge beech tree and 6 Douglas Fir trees.

Fixed bills total only £25/m plus metered electricity at cost price (23p/unit) with no “standing charge” + economy size propane gas cylinder (£45) approx. every 6 months.
