Double Room in Newtown - Perfect for a Working Professional (Trial Period)

Just testing the water to see if I can find the right person - a double room available from late September in a quiet house in a nice area of Newtown, ideal for a mature working professional (35+) who's out at work during the day. £130 per week. This could suit someone looking for a trial period to start, with a view to something longer-term if it works well for both of us.

The room & house:

Shared kitchen
Washing machine available, with an outside line for drying
Small outdoor area
I'd like a housemate who will help keep communal areas (and the garden) clean and looking good
No internet connection in the house - I don't use it myself, so you'd need to arrange your own

What I'm looking for:

A mature working professional, aged 35+, ideally out during the day
Non-smoker
Someone quiet and considerate - this isn't the right fit for a party lifestyle
As I live in the house myself, I'd prefer no visitors, to keep things settled and simple for both of us

Initial trial period to make sure it suits us both

Please note: as this is a live-in arrangement, there may be circumstances (such as a change in my own health or personal circumstances) where I'd need the house back to myself - I'll always give as much notice as I possibly can if that were ever the case
