Safe Homestay for international students

The house is owned by myself, my husband and we have a wee boy.
The room will come furnished and has a mirrored wardrobe.

There is a lovely little garden out back with a storage shed for bikes, the train station is 5min walk just down the road and takes about 20mins to Glasgow.

There is a parking space for 1 car in the car park next door, all bills included. lovely new kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher.

Our little boy is 5 but when he is at the house he is extremely well behaved and will be sleeping on the top floor with us which is the only section of the house off limits.

This is a perfect place for students. The bathroom will only be shared for baths as we have a separate shower. Sometimes we aren’t even here as we visit my husband who is away.

You are more than welcome to have friends over etc treat this as your home.

I would be happy to cook and leave you meals if you wanted to chip into shopping as I normally cook enough for a family of 12 :)

The house has security cameras for safety - the camera will only be outside the front.
