Bus stops are 5 mins away with regular services to Paisley, Braehead, Glasgow, Universities & many other areas.
Motorways also nearby to Glasgow & many popular locations.

Locally there's Tesco, B & M, Phoenix Retail Park, multi complex Cinema De Lux, Asda, TK Maxx, restaurants, cafes & many othèr shops & tasty take away food establishments.

Winner of Best Scottish pub with live music, football & friendly folks is 5 mins walk away
As is On-X sports Centre with pool, gym, fitness, classes & cafe.
Lovely nature walks nearby & to Johnstone train station, for commuting to Glasgow, beaches, walks & other scenic & tourist locations.

The house is feng shui'd for positive vibes, & healthy, energy flow along with being eco friendly, so is suited to tidy, quiet professionals who resonate with these aspects & prefer privacy for happy harmonious living..

There are no pre-viewings (same as hotels & airbnb, as house can be seen from photos. However an initial short stay to check it out is an option & then extend.

" I stayed at Joy's place numerous occasions which is a perfect location just 5 mins from motorway & airport. The room is very spacious & always very clean & tidy.
Joy was always very helpful & respects your own space so it actually feels like you have the place to yourself.
The kitchen & bathroom are also both great with everything that you need. It is a very quiet & peaceful place to stay & i highly recommend, couldn't ask for anything better. MU

As i value privacy, i am not seen in house & honour guests with that too. I like lodgers to be out/at work during day, so i can utilise house freely then then as i work from home.
I have a small cat who claimed me, :-) she's timid, so seldom seen & not allowed in lodgers room.

My preference is for part of week stays on a long term basis....

Full time short term.

Additional cost per extra person (upto 3) - £177 a week.
Refundable Security Deposit - £100 per wk - £400 for month & longer
