Conveniently located 7 minutes from Glasgow International Airport,. Suited for work location/relocation, training, in between houses, university, college etc.

Easy commuting with bus stops only 5 mins away, with regular services to Paisley, Braehead, Glasgow, Universities. & many other areas.
Motorways also a few mins away to Glasgow & many other popular locations.

Locally practically everything on your doorstep,( but far enough away to maintain the peaceful, quiet surroundings) :-
Tesco, Home Bargains, B&M, Phoenix Retail Park with many shops & dining, multi complex Cinema De Lux, Asda, TK Maxx, restaurants, cafes & many othèr shops & tasty food establishments.

Close by is Winner of Best Scottish pub, with live music, football karaoke & friendliest folks.
On-X sports Centre with pool, gym, yoga, fitness, classes, cafe.
Johnstone Town Hall with theatre, pantomimes, comedy.
Paisley Museum, Town Hall with live music, comedy, theatre, exhibitions.

The house is feng shui'd for positive, harmonious vibes & also eco friendly & so is most suited for quiet, tidy lodgers who resonate with that & prefer privacy for happy harmonious living..

There are no pre-viewings (same as hotels & airbnb as house can be seen from photos.) However an initial short stay is available to check suitability & then extend accordingly.

As i value privacy, i'm generally not seen in house & honour guests with that too. The "Good Vibes Only" room is available for lodgers who are out/at work & not working from home as i work from home.
