Double room for rent in stunning flat in old building in paisley. The flat has an open plan living room/kitchen, bathroom, and a 3rd room that’s got a piano in it/storage. Beautiful high ceilings, bay windows, 3rd floor (two sets of stairs). Amazing neighbours (I’ve yet to take any of my bins out). On street parking, canal street is a 5 min walk, and paisley Gilmore is a 15 min walk. Great area, never had any trouble here.

I work and study, I have a 1 year old cat. Although I’m 24 I moved out at 17 so plenty of experience with flatmates/being a good flatmate.

Room currently has a double bed and can get a few more basic items if needed although you can decide you want it kept unfinished if you’d like to bring your own furniture.

£450 rent, not including bills.
