Own mattress and bedding is necessary to provide for yourself due hygiene reasons... Hence I am happy to give you £50 discount first month

I recommend a high quality mattress topper from Amazon (around £85) which is easier for moving. I own it instead of super thick mattress and I am very satisfied with it.

Before entering property for a view copy of ID and reference is necessary for safety reasons.

Highlight of the location is 14 minutes by walk to Gleniffer braes country park where are waterfalls and peaceful places improving mental health.

There is free street parking as I don't own a car.

Bus 26 stop is behind the flat and bus 51 is near by too.

Living room is taken over by Mr. Rabbit 🐰 and my sewing machines however we can find places for your furniture, things and decorations.

My personal decoration will be moved from your room so you can adjust to your personality
