Partially Unfurnished double bedroom to rent

I am subletting my own room looking for a person to move into large double bedroom.

Room has plenty of space. It's the large one in the flat.

I am leaving for work to Greece from 3ish October for uncertain time so I can sublett my room for however long you need.

Other girl is subletting second small room. She is lovely 35 artist working as KP so if you want to come meet us and see if you like it here let me know

Just to note I would leave my stuff in living room = living room would be pretty much stuffed by my personal belongings, just so you are aware of my situation.

Which would mean if you want to move before my flight abroad I would need to sleep in the living till my departure day.

Building is "paper walls" so high quality earplugs are occasionally needed when neighbours are loud, partying etc. Does not happen often, however if do feel free to call police anonymously to calm them down.

Internet in the room is the best close to the door / covering walls with lare furniture might make signal weaker. In the living room it's great signal

£350pm + shared bills between 2 people living in the flat

Internet currently 20£ but might grow in the future, gas £40-120ish summer/winter, council tax £160ish
(all to be divided by 2)

I provide my new mattress so please keep waterproof cover on at the all times- put your own mattress protector on the top of waterproof one, however it's a thin one so you might need to get own topper if you require.

I recommend a high quality mattress topper from Amazon (around £85) which is easier for moving. I own it instead of super thick mattress and I am very satisfied with it.

Before entering property for a view copy of ID and reference is necessary for safety reasons.

Highlight of the location is 14 minutes by walk to Gleniffer braes country park where are waterfalls and peaceful places improving mental health.

There is free street parking as I don't own a car.

Bus 26 stop is behind the flat and bus 51 is near by too.

Living room is taken over by my personal belongings and my sewing machines however we can find places for your furniture, things and decorations on request.

My personal decoration will be moved from your room so you can adjust to your personality

Available to move in after video call , signing paperwork and sending copy of ID.

I accept long term also short term is ok .
1 month leaving notice is needed for both parties
