Flatmate sought, flat will be yours mainly

I have a 2 bed flat that it's mostly furnished to rent out. The rent is negotiable but will include bills as they are already set up in my name. I have job that will see me away from November 2022 to December 2023 so the flat will primarily be yours in that time.

Right beside port glasgow stations, great views of the Clyde. Lovely wee flat with arched floor to ceiling windows.

Looking for someone who will keep it in good order while I am away. You can move in while I am here at a reduced rental rate but from November the rent will increase to reflect having the place to yourself.
