We predominantly deal with contractors/workmen looking for long term digs in the area for Nigg, Invergordon, Dingwall & Inverness. We have already agreed a corporate rate for the Green Energy Port at Ardesier.

However we have alternative provisions for someone looking for short term accommodation requirements - just drop us a message

Room prices are negotiable subject to the season/time of year so please communicate with your exact requirements

Large Manor House located in the town of Dingwall - We are a private Guest House having recently been fully renovated to a high standard.

All bedrooms are private and have en-suite, whilst the property boasts a dining room for you to enjoy your meals.

Daily housekeeping is on-site & offered whilst you stay at the property.

Large off street parking is offered at no extra charge (suitable for works lorries/mini buses etc)

Access to the front garden & allocated external smoking area are also offered onsite.

I am happy to negotiate for a group booking of contractors or workmen as we have the whole space. Current prices start at £65 GBP per night.

Use of the self catering kitchen is available.
