There is the possibility of some studio space, separately, which would suit a writer, artist, researcher, etc. Though beautifully rural, we are close to the towns of Galashiels, Earlston, Melrose and St Boswells, and less that an hour’s drive to Edinburgh, and south just over an hour’s drive to Newcastle.

The basic rent, which includes heating and hot water, is £485.00 per month.
