I have a fully furnished double bedroom available for a student or professional aged 20-40 ideally for a long term duration with 6 months as the minimum stay and no maximum stay period

I am a student at Edinburgh University and I commute. The property is a 2 bedroom first floor flat in a new build complex located a 3 minute drive from Heriot Watt University & Borders College campuses

Very close to the town centre, shops (Tesco, Asda) and the Interchange train station that goes to Edinburgh Waverley station
A short 7 min drive to Borders General Hospital

Bedroom has a recently new double bed, a spacious built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, vanity table and two bedside tables. The bed has also has a storage drawer. The TV can stay in the room or can be taken out if preferred

I have a 2 year old female cat called Mabel so must be comfortable with cats. She’s a social wee girly with a nice nature and she sleeps in beside me 💖

I value a quiet and tidy living atmosphere. I will be studying at home most of the time with being at uni twice a week. Always open to a chat and some low-key amusement (no parties)

The flat is very warm, has a free residential carpark and a safe external bike store
