A furnished double bedroom is available for a student or professional aged 20- 40 ideally for a long term duration with 6 months as the minimum stay

I am a law student at Edinburgh University and I commute. I live in a 2 bedroom first floor flat in a new build complex located a 3 minute drive from Heriot Watt University & Borders College campuses

Very close to the town centre, shops (Tesco, Asda) and the Interchange train station that goes to Edinburgh Waverley station
7 min drive to BGH

Bedroom has a recently new double bed, a spacious built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, vanity table and bedside tables. The TV can stay in the room or be taken out if preferred

Bright living room with kitchen area and large fridge freezer

I have a 2 year old female cat called Mabel, so must be comfortable with cats, she’s a social girly with a nice nature and she sleeps in beside me

I’m easy going, value a quiet and tidy living atmosphere. I will be studying at home most of the time but always enjoy light chats and some low-key amusement (no parties)

The flat is very warm, has a free residential carpark and a safe external bike store

The rent includes bills & utilities:

£600 per month
£300 deposit

No smokers or vapers
No pets due to my own cat
