A furnished double bedroom is available for a student or professional aged 20- 40 ideally for a long term duration

I am a student at Edinburgh University and I commute. I live in a 2 bedroom first floor flat in a new build complex located a 3 minute drive from Heriot Watt University & Borders College campuses
Very close to the town centre, shops (Tesco, Asda) and the Interchange train station that goes to Edinburgh Waverley station
A 7 min drive to BGH

Bedroom has a spacious built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables
Bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle
Bright living room with kitchen area

I have a 2 year old female cat, so must be comfortable with cats, she’s a social girly with a nice nature and she sleeps in beside me

I’m easy going, value a quiet, tidy atmosphere and I like meeting new people. I will be studying at home most of the time but always enjoy good chats and some low-key amusement (no parties)

The flat is quiet, very warm, has a free residential carpark and a safe external bike store

The rent includes bills & utilities but council tax would be additional if you are a non student as I am exempt due to student status and would be an additional £50 band B.

No pets due to my own cat
