I am a female student at Edinburgh University and I commute. I live in a 2 bedroom first floor flat in a new build complex located a 3 minute drive from Heriot Watt University & Borders College campuses
Very close to the town centre, shops (Tesco Extra, Asda, Aldi) and the Interchange train station that goes to Edinburgh Waverley
7 min drive to BGH

Bedroom has a built in wardrobe, TV, chest of drawers
Bathroom with bath and shower cubicle
Bright living room with kitchen area

I have a 2 year old female cat, so must be comfortable with cats, she’s a social girly and she sleeps in beside me

I’m easy going, value a relaxed, tidy atmosphere and I like meeting new people. I will be busy studying most of the time but always enjoy a good chat and some low-key amusement (not parties)

The flat is very warm, has a residential carpark and a safe external bike store

The rent includes bills & utilities but council tax would be additional if you are a non student as I am exempt due to student status so can be discussed. The 25% discount would be applicable to you.
