I am a female student at Edinburgh University and I commute. I live in a 2 bedroom first floor flat in a new build complex located a 3 minute drive/15 minute walk from Heriot Watt University & Borders College campuses
Very close to the town centre, shops and train station
You will have access to all areas of the flat except my bedroom
Bathroom with bath and shower cubicle
Bright living room with kitchen area

I have a 2 year old female cat, so must be comfortable with cats, she’s very social and she sleeps in beside me

I’m easy going, value quietness and calm, mostly keep to myself and will be busy studying most of the time but like a good chat

The flat is very warm, has a residential carpark and a safe external bike store

No pets due to my own cat
