Newly decorated and furnished double room in two storey flat. Bed has internal storage. Walk in storage cupboard adjacent to bedroom.

You’ll have plenty space as I stay on the second floor when I am around. I often commute or stay in Edinburgh overnight.

Small but modernised kitchen and bathroom on same floor as your room; cosy sitting room also on same floor as your room.

There isn’t space for an oven but there are two brand new large air fryers, as well as microwave, rice cooker, brand new washing machine, and all the usual other appliances.

Garden, garage storage, parking space.

Council tax + bills will come to around £100 per month.

is peaceful and busy
maintains an ordinary sleep routine
is relatively quiet but not antisocial
has high standards of hygiene
keeps bills fairly low

We’ll get on really well if:
- you have experience of sharing living space with people from diverse backgrounds
- you are passionate about what you do
- you are into culture and books
