Details can be sent on request. It’s also a fully modernised double. It has a brand new bed base (April 2026). Wooden floors, double glazing, useful storage.

DOWNSTAIRS (same level as Room 1):

Small but modernised kitchen and bathroom on same floor as your room; cosy sitting room also on same floor as your room. Christmas decorations were taken down since photos taken!

There isn’t space for an oven but there are two brand new large air fryers, as well as microwave, rice cooker, brand new washing machine, and all the usual other appliances. These have all been 'PAT tested' (November 2025). Boiler and plumbing has also been fully tested (November 2025).

PEACEFUL, CONVENIENT:

It's a very bright space and you can hear birdsong when the windows are open. Great views of sunsets and clear skies.
