This is a bright and spacious three bedroom home. We are very friendly and laid back household, looking for someone similar.

The available room is furnished only with a double bed and It is recently redecorated.

The rest of the house is fully furnished. The communal areas are comprised of a living room, dining room, kitchen and conservatory.

The house is located on a quiet street with decent sized gardens at the front and rear.

There is plenty of on street parking and we are a minute away from a bus stop which will take you straight into town and 7 minutes walk from hospital.

You will be sharing with one male (32) and one female (28) couple, who both work locally. Seeking someone who is keen to share upkeep of house, and also has their own independence.

The rent for this room is £600 pcm with £50 for the bills
