Lodgers equireds - Bills Included

Large Semi on a quiet road. There is 2 x double rooms available with them sharing the family sized bathroom. Lodgers have use of the upstairs and share use of the main bathroom. I live downstairs with my own private facilities. So there's plenty of space in the house. We all share large kitchen and garden.

I am looking for mature lodgers who is tidy and respectful of my home. This is a non smoking house, including the garden.

Please appreciate that this is lodgings, so there are condition on visitors, which may be possible once you are settled in - but only by prior agreement.

I've been renting rooms here for over 15 years and still keep in touch with many of my past lodgers. It's been great fun!
