Lodger required- Entire upstairs of large house

Large Semi on a quiet road. Lodger has the whole upstairs with sole use of the main bathroom, completely fitted out brand new bedroom, 2nd bedroom fitted out as a sitting room with a further small room. I live downstairs with my own private facilities. So there's plenty of space in the house. Shared large kitchen and garden.

I am looking for a mature lodger who is tidy and respectful of my home. This is a non smoking house, including the garden.

I will be putting up photos shortly and I realise its a while before the room is available but I wish to take my time to get the lounge ready once it is free from my current lodger at the end of November.

Please appreciate that this is lodgings, so there are condition on visitors.; which may be possible once you are settled in - but only by prior agreement.

I've been renting rooms here for over 15 years and still keep in touch with many of my past lodgers. It's been great fun!
